1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

✔ Incorrect Item Delivered – If the product delivered does not match your order, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
✔ Manufacturing Defects – Products with manufacturing defects may be returned upon verification.
✔ Missing Parts or Accessories – If any essential part of your order is missing, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

Used or installed products unless found defective.
Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
2. Refund & Return Process

If approved, we will arrange for pickup from your location in Ahmedabad or other cities in Gujarat.
Alternatively, you may return the product to our warehouse.
🔹 Step 3: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate a refund within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).
3. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods
✔ Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after product inspection.
✔ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Eligible refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
✔ Replacement Option – Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement if stock is available.

4. Cancellation Policy
✔ Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
✔ If your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
