1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 45 days of delivery.
Incorrect Item Delivered – If the product delivered does not match your order, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Manufacturing Defects – Products with manufacturing defects may be returned upon verification.
Missing Parts or Accessories – If any essential part of your order is missing, we will send a replacement or process a refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or special-order items.

  • Used or installed products unless found defective.

  • Products without original packaging, tags, or invoice.


2. Refund & Return Process

  • If approved, we will arrange for pickup from your location in Ahmedabad or other cities in Gujarat.

  • Alternatively, you may return the product to our warehouse.

🔹 Step 3: Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate a refund within 10-15 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking).


3. Refund Timeline & Payment Methods

Prepaid Orders – Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after product inspection.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Eligible refunds will be transferred via bank account or UPI.
Replacement Option – Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement if stock is available.

4. Cancellation Policy

✔ Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
✔ If your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
